RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Foam Superstore will only issue refunds on Foam cut to size, made to measure boxed seat covers, tub chairs, bean bag/ bean chair, upholstery supplies cut length, fabrics cut length, if the goods are faulty or fail to meet customer’s specification. All customers must contact within 7 days of receipt if the items are faulty. Once goods arrive back at the warehouse they will be inspected, if the goods are faulty by foam superstores behalf we will rectify the goods. Should this not be possible a refund will be issued along with postage return costs. Please note that the customer is liable for postage return fees
For a refund/exchange, please follow the below instructions:
Please contact us before returning any item(s) back to us.
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
- Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
- Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
Once we have received the returned item and all is well, we will either issue a refund or dispatch the replacement item(s) accordingly.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date or contact date PLEASE NOTE made to order items can't be returned unless the item is faulty by FoamSuperstores behalf.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Upon receipt of returned item(s) refund will be issued on full purchase cost of item. Please note that refunds will not be given on any postage costs.
Any item opened and seals have been broken will be subject to a partial refund and not full refund.
Full refunds including postage cost will be given for items not as described, including faulty items, on return of the item.
All faulty items will be sent back direct to the manufacturer to determine the cause of fault or problem with the item and to confirm that there is a manufacturer fault or defect.
The safe return and cost of returning goods is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend that all item(s) returned are sent using a secure delivery service with tracking facility.
